Warranty
Samsonite products are rigorously tested to ensure that the travel products you trust meet rigorous standards. As a result, if a problem occurs with a Samsonite product ("Product") and the problem is due to manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, Samsonite will, at its sole discretion, correct or replace the product in accordance with its warranty terms and procedures. The warranty provided herein applies only to the original purchaser or gift recipient of the product. The warranty period is specified in the product's warranty card and/or product specification list on our website.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by shipping (such as damage caused by airlines). Maintenance and repair of products under warranty must be performed only by Samsonite authorized service centers ("Service Centers"). Faulty or incorrect maintenance or repairs performed by anyone other than an authorized service center will void the product warranty. Products requiring maintenance or repair should not be sent directly to a Samsonite center. Otherwise, there may be delays in product repair/maintenance, product tracking problems, etc. The Samsonite warranty is valid all over the world and all products under warranty can be repaired at Samsonite authorized services. Extra costs or all other expenses for products to be sent for product maintenance and repairs belong to our customers. Samsonite is not responsible for these expenses.
In order to receive service under warranty from Samsonite Authorized Services, the “Warranty Certificate” given to you during product purchase must be fully filled out and you must have the original invoice of your purchase. Products sent to the Authorized Service with the necessary documents will be examined by the authorities to determine whether they are under warranty. Products under warranty are subject to repair and no product replacement is made.
Any damages resulting from coincidence and usage error are expressly rejected. Workers' wages and damages attributed to work done by any person/place other than Samsonite Authorized Services are not covered by this warranty. Implied warranties are excluded to the extent permitted by this Law. The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the product. Manufacturing specifications may be changed without notice. Product locks are designed only to prevent accidental opening and do not necessarily prevent the product or its contents from breaking into the air line against theft attempts and break-ins or entry by airport personnel or government authorities. If your product is damaged during transportation and shipping, it is possible to collect your irreparable and unaffordable damages from the insurance company if a “Damage Assessment Report” is prepared at the relevant offices of the airline, road, sea and/or railway companies you provide transportation to and if you apply to the Authorized Service Points with this report.
This warranty is intended to grant you certain legal rights. In addition to the rights described herein, you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country regarding the exclusion or application of implied warranties, accidental and usage error damages, including the right to repair and replacement. The provisions specifically limited or excluded under this warranty may not apply to you.

It is recommended to remove the flight information labels of your previous trip without waiting for a long time. Old flight information labels that are not removed may cause your suitcases to get mixed up during loading on your next trip, and these labels removed after a long time may leave a mark on the product and damage its material.
Do not place more products than their capacity in the zippers of your bags and suitcases in order to use them without any problems for a long time.
