Return policy

We guarantee our customers' complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the unused model in its original packaging, provided that you comply with the following conditions. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel the purchase agreement. However, this rule does not apply to products with a name engraved on them.

All returned products must be unused, with all labels, operating instructions, warranty cards, stickers and protective materials, as well as the original packaging. You are responsible for returning the product as soon as possible. If the models you return are in a condition that is unfit for resale, we will refuse to take the product back.
